A Tour of BiddingforGood Resources

describe the imageFirst off, I'd like to thank Alice for a great post on Monday about Auction Experts at BiddingforGood. After you have your initial consultation with your Auction Expert, the next step is to start working on your auction!  But, where to begin?  I know that learning new software can feel a bit daunting And then combine that with holding a fundraiser and pulling off a successful event and things get overwhelming fast.  But don't be afraid because we have many resources available to help you along the way.

The first thing you'll want to do is view our On-Demand Trainings.  They give you step by step instructions how to build items, homepages, create and send emails, and more!  The neatest thing, in my opinion, is that they're broken up into different topics, so if you just wanted to learn how to create an item you can go view the Build - Auction Items training.  Each training is relatively short, so it won't a lot of time to go through them.

But what if you have a quick technical question, such as what are our image requirements or what are the formatting guidelines for our importer?  Well, look no further than our Knowledgebase!  It is over-flowing with information and frequently asked questions from over the years.  We try to add to it when changes are made to the site or when we find our clients are asking something that isn't covered in the Knowledgebase.  So, it's pretty comprehensive!

Our Item Acquisition Manager also has a neat Learning Center that has helpful tips and resources for the item acquisition process, such as tips for writing a Donor Letter and a video clip on Cold Calling tips.

Last, but definitely not least, is Live Technical Support.  Client Services can be reached by phone (866-621-0394) or email (support@biddingforgood.com), Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm Eastern.  You can also chat with an Expert until 5 pm Eastern on Monday to Friday.

Have you checked out our various resources?  Do you have a favorite?
